Detailed sensory information for your desired reality.

Your responses to the Self-Worth Index assessment.
Your list of items for which you are grateful.
Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., via email for customer support), we will collect the contents of your message, including your email address and any information you choose to provide.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
Usage Data: When you access the Site and our Service, we automatically collect certain information about your interaction. 3. How We Use Your Information
Our primary purpose in collecting your information is to provide and improve our Service in a secure and personalized manner. We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
3.1 To Provide and Maintain the Service
We use your Account Information to create and manage your account, authenticate your access, and communicate with you about your subscription.
We use your Client Content (Blueprint) as the direct input for our hybrid intelligence system to generate your bespoke monthly Passages. This is the core function of the Service.
We use Usage Data to monitor the performance of our Site, identify technical issues, and ensure the Service is operating correctly.
3.2 To Process Transactions
We use Payment Information, processed via our third-party payment processor Stripe, to manage your subscription, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
3.3 To Improve and Personalize the Service
We may analyze anonymized and aggregated Client Content and Usage Data to understand trends and improve our service architecture, narrative generation models, and overall user experience. This data is always stripped of personally identifiable information.
3.4 To Communicate With You
We use your Account Information (specifically, your email address) to send you essential service-related communications, such as welcome emails, confirmations, notices about your subscription, notifications that your new Passage is ready, and responses to your support requests.

Account Information: We retain your Account Information for as long as your account is active with us. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, we will take steps to delete your Account Information from our active systems within a reasonable period, typically 90 days.
Client Content (Blueprint & Passages): We retain your Client Content and the Passages we generate for you for as long as your account is active. This allows you to access your archive and track your progress. Upon account deletion, this data will also be deleted from our active systems in accordance with our data deletion timeline.
We may retain certain information for a longer period if required to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., for tax and accounting purposes), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for the purpose of improving our Service.
6. Your Data Rights and Choices

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, under certain conditions. You can delete your Account at any time through your Account dashboard. Please note that deleting your Account will result in the permanent deletion of your Account Information and Client Content in accordance with our data retention policy (Section 5.2). We may be required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes.
6.4 Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing.
Under laws like the CCPA, you have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
